Established in 2018, Turnkey Facilities Services Ltd provides a full range of reactive and preventative maintenance services for electrical and mechanical systems and offers a 24-hour emergency call out facility. We are specialists in the management of infrastructure and repair works and have extensive experience of environmental improvement projects.

managing Director
Caroline has over twenty years’ experience in the industry, with roles including project, design and contract management. She has successfully implemented ISO and BAFE SP203 quality management systems and has managed contracts for a range of local authority, housing, educational and commercial clients.
Dean Mills
Operations manager
Dean heads our contract team, bringing his diverse and extensive experience of service provision to a range of commercial, health, MOD, local authority and educational clients. He has particular expertise in the management of infrastructure development projects, health and safety systems, and successful KPI delivery.

Roger has a wealth of industry experience; Managing Director of sister company Turnkey Fire Services Ltd, Roger is a specialist in the delivery of fire safety compliance, offering the full range of design, installation, commission and maintenance services.
Eduardo Mathias
contract supervisor
Eduardo manages our engineering team, supporting our clients with over ten years of field electrical experience covering an extensive scope of applications including commercial, industrial and aviation sites. He is as FIA qualified emergency lighting designer and has formal technical qualifications in a diverse range of system types including fire safety.
